To get a good feel of how the site will feel before we load up the data, I'm building a mockup with all of the components so we can get a feel of everything before spending the time on the APIs. It's a good opportunity to consolidate components and think through some features and logic I hadn't thought of in the Figma steps.
Here are a few bullets of the progress made today.
- Group header is componentized & styled-components
- Navigation comp -> styled-components
- Group info screens are parameterized
- Click paths to profile screens are started
- Profile navigation component made
- Message screens
- Conversations
- New message
The dummy site is deployed and you can check it out here as long as the instance is live.
